• Potražujemo sljedeći kadar za rad na luksuznim riječnim kruzerima (90 – 130 mtr).
• Grupacija Kompanija sa novim brodovima (80 brodova) pod švicarskom zastavom sa 8000 zaposlenika zajedno sa velikim Sea Cruise brodovima.
• Švicarski ugovori i uvjeti ugovora kao i beneficije (plaćene od strane kompanije), fleksibilni uvjeti rada i ugovora, kao i plaćen dio vremena provedenog doma nakon završetka sezone.
• Komforni smještaj (2 osobe u kabini) sa SAT TV i Besplatnim Internetom.
• Allianz privatno zdravstveno osiguranje pokriveno od strane kompanije.
• Put na brod i sa broda plaćeno i organizirano od strane kompanije
• Personalizirani odnos sa HR predstavnikom radi daljnjega napredovanja kroz interne treninge osigurane od strane kompanije na njihovom kampusu.
• Ugovori: prva 3 mjeseca probni period, 6 – 9 mjeseci zavisno o dogovoru prilikom intervjua.
• Plača vrlo kompetitivna: Uvjeti ugovora (sa svim detaljima) se dobiju prilikom prvog (Initial) intervjua.
• Standardi rada i života na visokom nivou
• Broj Posade: 50 – 80 ljudi zavisno o veličini broda, na 150 – 200 putnika
• Diverzna kultura (30 različitih nacija), familijarna i team work atmosfera na brodu.

OSNOVNI UVJETI:
• 12 mjeseci radnog iskustva u restoranu, hotelu ili na brodu (na brodu nije obavezno, ali jako poželjno ako ste radili prije na putničkom brodu, trajektu ili malom obalnom kruzeru kao član F&B odjela).
• Vrlo dobro razumijevanje Engleskog jezika, dobro Njemačkog (nije obavezno, ali ide jako u prilog ako se govori Njemački).
• Bio Metric Putovnica.
• U posjedu osnovnih certifikata (D2 – Basic Safety).
• Sposobnost samostalnoga rada u ugodnom radnom okruženju, mogućnost rada i pod pritiskom.
• Dobro znanje o hrani, razni vrstama pića, slastica, itd. (Ovisno o funkciji za koju se aplicira).
• Dobri maniri, važnost dobrog i kvalitetnog odnosa i ponašanja prema putnicima kao i prema kolegama na poslu.
• Medicinski Fit za posao
• Obavezno znanje o HACCP standardima (Vodič se može naći na internetu, proučiti ga svakako prije intervjua)

BARTENDER / BAR MAN (m/f)

Key areas of responsibility:

  • Will work in accordance with the specified written and verbal instructions/duties given by his/her superior
  • Serves beverages as well as preparing “universally well-known” cocktails
  • Stocks and inventory control Internal beverage request
  • Correct posting in POS system
  • Maintains the inventory control together with the Maitre d ‘Hotel
  • Own quality control
  • Takes care of the cleanliness in his/her area
  • Works in accordance with all relevant safety and environmental as well as hygiene (HACCP) regulations in the service area
  • Careful handling of all equipment and machinery in his/her working field

Qualification:

  • Professional skills and experience in restaurants / hotels / bars
  • Several years ‘job experience as a barkeeper
  • Special knowledge in the field of restaurant and bar service

  • Cleanliness and tidiness in all pantries and lockers
  • Willing to work beyond duty hours, maintains the cleanliness of all equipment

Key areas of responsibility:

  • Reports to the Executive Chef Coordinate the work within the galley department to achieve a smooth-running operation
  • Coordinate the receipt, preparation and service of food in order to give the best product to the passenger whilst maintaining budgets
  • Maintain the high standards of quality and service established in the policies and procedures in the Manual
  • Responsible for the operation of the hot and cold galley including storing places, fridges and all other Food preparation outlets
  • The Sous Chef is directly responsible that all his direct and indirect subordinates are fully aware of company standards concerning food production, food presentation, food handling, controlling procedures and the vessel sanitation and health program

Qualification:

  • Professional diploma as a cook
  • Experience as sous chef in a variety of operations or internal qualification
  • Supplementary courses / training
  • Good knowledge of English language
  • German is an advantage

DISHWASHER (m/f)

Whether you are a new entrant or already have experience as a dishwasher: You are efficient, careful and work well under pressure. You are responsible for the washing up station and provide help to the kitchen staff. You will also be responsible for waste disposal and cleanliness in the kitchen, the storerooms and the cold stores in accordance with HACCP. You are a team player and happy to help anywhere required.

Good knowledge of German (or English on cruise liners with US guests) is a must.
