MARPOL Regulations 13F and The Oil Pollution Act of 1990. Course is intended for officers who served on double hull oil tankers.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Target:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Successful completion of this course should enable candidates who serve on oil tankers \u2013 double hull to understand differences, advantages and defects between single and double hull oil tankers.
