D46 \u2013 Engine room resource management course<\/strong> aims to educate trainees to effectively manage the resources of personnel, equipment and information in the ship’s machinery space in order to ensure a safe navigation. During the course trainees will learn about:<\/p>\n

1. allocation, assignment and prioritization of resources,<\/p>\n

2. effective communication,<\/p>\n

3. assertiveness and leadership,<\/p>\n

4. situational awareness,<\/p>\n

5. consideration of team experience and knowledge of ERM principles<\/p>\n

DURATION:<\/strong> 20 hours<\/p>\n
